Most of the employees are rude, the lines are long, the kiosk to order while you shop hasn't worked in forever, the ticket machine doesn't work and then I also found out that the option to order ahead on the app doesn't work either. The app will still allow you to place the order and it will say you're order is ready...but when you get to the store and ask about, the employees talk to you like you're stupid.
