They're knowledgeable about the products that are on hand & the aisles they're in. Shopping is quite an experience. I really enjoy picking up my groceries from there!
- GRGiselle RomeuJan 5, 20265.0I had called this AM to see if they RESTOCKED the 1 gallon Distilled water stop and shop brand ..2different people answered and Told me they would check ..waiting patiently finally another man from receiving answered and told me Yes they restocked this AM …Drive to the store and NO DISTILLED WATERS STOP AND SHOP BRAND on shelves ..really upset I stop a S&S worker ZiGGY MIELES on the opposite side stocking shelves ..I explained the story to him and he said “No Problem let me get the crate up here “ stopped his work and arrived 10 minutes later with crate of S&S DISTILLED WATER …and LOADED THEM ONTO MY CART ..AMAZING HARD TO FIND THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE after a bad experience over the phone …ZIGGY MIELES JUST WANT TO THANK YOU AGAIN 🙏

- WPWilliam PatakyDec 22, 20254.0This was always the go to store but since the renovation and grand reopening it's a ton better than it was. The shelves are well stocked and the prices are decent. The staff is 99% friendly, you always have one or two people who are having a bad day but that's to be expected. The store is usually very busy but the lines move and the managers are always visible and walking around which I appreciate. They added a large hot food section and now have prepared food as well by the deli. There is a large parking lot and also a pharmacy in the store.
