Es un lugar muy limpio y rapido pero lo único q no me pareció bien fue la manera en q una manager le hablo a una de las trabajadoras de alli , le pedi a la muchacha si me podía dar servilletas y la manager le dijo q fuera a la cocina q ese no era su trabajo y q ella me las daría, fue muy grosera con la chica q solo trataba de ayudarme , muy pésimo como tratan a los trabajadores q estan abajo de ellos

Terrible customer service! The people working there have absolutely no manners. I went to buy nuggets and fries, and they refused to give me the new Buffalo Ranch sauce. The young Spanish guy at the front was extremely rude — he told me I had to pay first and then he’d give it to me. That’s not how you treat customers. I explained that I bought a lot of nuggets and fries and needed about four sauces, but he didn’t care.
I get that work can be stressful and busy, but there’s a proper way to talk to customers. The manager just stood there and did nothing to fix the situation. I don’t mind paying for something, but respect goes a long way. This employee seriously needs customer service training on how to talk to people. Show some respect — without customers, you wouldn’t have a job!
