- MGMatthew GomesMar 8, 20261.0We ordered two burgers (lettuce, tomatos, onions), fries with light salt, and a shake. They messed up literally everything. (1) The food took half an hour to make. (2) They forgot the lettuce and tomatoes on both burgers, (3) They made the fries with zero salt (we asked for light salt) (4) The person making the shakes abandoned a set of five of them behind the counter and walked off. By the time our order was out they were all clearly melted (including ours). The person who was making them then lied to us when we asked about the shake, saying she'd called them out (I watched her place them behind the counter and walk off). I guess we and the four other people waiting for the shakes all happened to miss the "call-out"? Avoid this place, and go to the shake shack around the corner. I went there for a replacement shake, and one of the employees asked for my name when they saw me waiting, and personally went and made & handed my shake to me.

I was in the middle of eating my meal and one of the workers came out and said you all have to leave by 10:05pm everyone has to be out. How are you going to wait until I’m eating my meal to tell me I have to leave? They should’ve said that when we were ordering. like hey unfortunately it’s almost closing time it’s only for takeout. That’s was a really bad customer experience.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
