  I genuinely do not understand how Dunkin' continues to operate like this. Every single visit feels like stepping into a masterclass on how not to run a store. The staff consistently carry attitudes that make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. Basic customer service seems completely nonexistent. Orders are wrong more often than they’re right. And instead of correcting the mistake professionally, they’ll stand there and debate you about what you “actually” ordered — as if you somehow forgot the words that came out of your own mouth two minutes earlier. It should not be difficult to admit an error and fix it. Period. And let’s talk about the donuts — stale, hard, and dry enough to double as hockey pucks. Biting into one feels like chewing on a brick. For a place known for donuts, serving ones that taste days old is embarrassing. The overall vibe? Disorganized, dismissive, and completely lacking accountability. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to get what they paid for, nor should they have to question whether the food is fresh. Do better. This location is a reflection of the brand, and right now, it’s not a good one.

  I go here because its convenient, but no matter how many times I try they just never get the order right. They cant even get a coffee order correct when its just milk and sugar. 1 out of 10 times my order might be right, but again it's convenient, but check everything before you leave the drive thru! Every.single.time.

  I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts this morning for a coffee and two croissant stuffers ($15 and change). I paid with $20 (two $10 bills), but the cashier wasn’t going to give me change. When I asked about it, she grabbed a few cents from the tip jar and looked at me like I was crazy! I just said “never mind” and left. I was in a rush, but the math didn’t add up. So, just a heads-up to others: always double-check your change when paying cash here. It might have been a mistake or distraction on the cashier’s part, but better safe than sorry!
