Only one person understood English…needless to say ended up with the incorrect coffee order because NO one bothered to remake my coffee correctly instead I was told it was what I ordered. I should have been the judge of that! Coffee was so awful I was unable to consume!! I’m reporting to customer service. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! NEVER giving them my business

S.Dec 24, 20251.0I normally dont have a problem with waiting, but while I was in the drive through on 12.22.25 sometime b4 noon I think it was I was next in line I pulled up, no greeting through the mic I waited nearly 2 mins before I said hello?, the person responded to give them a second, I said ok no problem. Next thing I know several minutes went by out of nowhere 6 cars pulled up behind me pretty much blocking the main road behind them. I waited nearly 10 minutes and not once during that time did the person come back on the mic to explain, or excuse themselves from the wait. Which for me was the biggest problem no communication at all. So all I did was just pull out of the area and left. Hoping the communication between employees and customers improve because it was overwhelming.

Worker telling me in this location,how little employment for how busy it get making order for,customers that go in,order online for going in,delivery,or driving to pickup online order,not only order in drive thru,all at once and ADD that with all the other things I can imagine still have to do for the store.every ordering expected for what look like short staff sometime. So if in a rush,go to any other place for breakfast food coffee or donut especially fast food chain hahaha have many other locations.you have spare time?then by all means patience,if no time,you're the person only you can really blame thinking something otherwise. I hope these people working this location are able to find more good workers to make the dunkin donut service reasonable speed,regardless,I got what I paid for.
