They provided me another donut, but I was still missing items. Luckily, I went through my receipt and found all of the things I was missing to find that I needed to pick another doughnut, but I also ordered the wicked tin through the app. I was told that you cannot get the tin through the app. They just gave me 10 donuts in a bag and when I asked if that equals to the same amount of money I paid for they said yes. not true and I found that I was shorted five dollars after going through my app upon leaving the store.

I come here at 6;30am the most busiest time to make breakfast and coffee. there’s only two people to open the store. Every customer is waiting over 10 minutes for a coffee this is ridiculous these people are being overworked, and the customers are not being tend to in a timely fashion. Not even the mobile orders are being done quickly because there are only two people this is serious ridiculous. We are all paying customers and we all should be tended to in a timely fashion. Please get more workers at this Dunkin.
