After a disaster of management with previous employees and terrible service, I come in with joy to order and pick up food. In particular Kijar who always presents himself very professional and friendly to attend to the costumers. I have nothing negative to say about this location under new management. This location is convenient since it shares a lot with a convenience store… and that’s honestly where the convenience ends. They never fail to disappoint. Orders are consistently wrong, customizations are treated like optional suggestions, and the food is delivered however fate decides that day. This time, my lava cakes arrived pre-smashed (bold choice), and my BBQ chicken pizza was… dough, chicken, and cheese. No sauce. At all. Just vibes. The entire pizza was a mysterious white-ish color. Which is impressive, considering BBQ sauce is usually red. Deductive reasoning — or simply reading the order — would’ve solved this. I don’t blame the driver, and kids are kids — they’ll eat anything eventually. But not before announcing it’s gross and “not what we ordered,” which… fair. One day I will learn my lesson and stop donating money to this consistently unprofessional establishment. Until then, please learn from my mistakes. Joke’s on me. 🍕🙃
