They park at the top of the street, call and expect me to walk up the stairs to them. Their drivers can’t speak/understand English, read parking signs and lazy so they lie and say they can’t find parking and don’t bring the food to your door. Why are charging a delivery fee if I’m unable to get it delivered directly to my door? This has happened numerous of times, I lost count. This time I recorded the interaction. The driver called me twice and I explained where he can park and where he has to go. He left, delivered to another residence and then circled back. I called the store and explained the situation. The shift manager was no help, lied and said the store manager would return my call and they never did.
