I paid extra for double chicken, and even after double-checking, the amount wasn’t even close to a normal single serving. They use a very flat, spatula-like scoop instead of a proper scoop, which makes it easy to serve much less chicken. The atmosphere was just as bad. Tables were dirty, the area around the utensils was messy, and there was food everywhere. It felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. On top of that, the food tasted bad overall, which is very different from what I’m used to. This location is nothing like New York City Chipotle locations, where portions, cleanliness, and food quality are consistently better. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not worth the money.
