  I’ve come to this Cava four times since it opened. Grace is absolutely extended when it’s a new space. With that being said, I have no more grace to extend and will probably go back to driving from Yonkers to Rye Brook to go to that Cava. The staff here has been different each time I’ve come, and every time the staff making the bowls specifically are moving as if they have no idea what they are doing. Some act as if they are nonverbal responding with head nods when asked a question. The line staff has 0 professionalism and act as if they are very absent minded. It’s frustrating because I’ve complained already about the lentils being undercooked and having an unprofessional encounter with one of the teen staff members. I can’t support this location until things get better.

  I think I expected much more from this place being recently new. When they busy things run out and no one replenish the silverware and napkins. Same goes for the tables to be cleaned. I had to informed them three (3) times before someone finally came. By then I already did most of the wiping with my napkins and sanitizer.

  They had nothing left and charged me full price they would not give me extra protein when they didn’t have any vegetables or sauces they were being stingy even when it was closing time customer satisfaction is 0. They don’t know how to treat customers I had to teach them how to myself worst cava in the United States would never go

  Guys seriously, listen to the reviews. Don’t waste your time. It’s super packed in there 24/7, the service isn’t great, and realistically they run out of everything … all the time. Ran out of all the dressings and tzatziki? That doesn’t make any sense. Save your money. Cava is way too expensive to not get your money’s worth and your food being cold.

  I was so looking forward to eat at this place, the food is good, but the service and wait time is unacceptable. We visited this place 2 times both on Friday nights. The first Friday night service was slow and steady but as expected I thought its Friday so im expecting it to be slow. However, a week later we visited on Friday night. This time the queues were long and as expected. When it was our time to order, they didnt have Arugula, the harissa beef(wait time for it was 45 minutes as they were cooking it), no avocados, and no tziziki sauce. My complain is why isn't there anyone checking on the serving lines and replenishing as needed. If one person was dedicated to this and don't let the servers run back and forth then maybe the line would move faster. Our server had to get these Arugula, and the server was scraping the container of the tziziki sauce. This is just poor management. Very disappointed in service. Unfortunately we wont be returning here.
