  If I could give this location a ZERO I would, nevertheless here's my review. Utterly disgusting. Food spill everywhere on the counter, workers should wear a mask on their face because there's alot of talking and less working. Seating area is small and dirty. If I was conducting the hiring process. It would be an immediate NO. This new breed of employees will tank any business. For the online orders, I can only say its not made in a sanitary condition. This location is too new to start off like this. This is my review your's maybe be different.

  I had such a wonderful experience at CAVA thanks to Zoe and Cesar. Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Zoe made great menu recommendations and handled my order with care, while Cesar ensured everything was prepared quickly and with a smile. Their teamwork and positive energy truly made my visit enjoyable. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back — thank you both for making my day a little brighter!

  I like CAVA. I sent an email to corporate a year or so ago asking if they would be coming to Lower Westchester so when I saw they were opening at Cross County I was happy about it. I went there a few days ago for the first time and after waiting on the long line I started putting my bowl together only to be met with multiple "we are out of that" responses. I ended up leaving without anything. Very disappointed. It's true, the space is too small and since it's located at Cross County Mall it's always going to be packed. I will stick to going to the one in Rye even though it's a bit further out.

  Love cava but most are far, came here to grab late dinner and was disappointed unfortunately, the place was a mess, the staff was slow and unorganized. Also wait time was extremely long and there was no line. Then as I paid and went to grab my fork ans drink i had to grab everything from the plastic sleeves they come in, verse the alloted space for the utensils. My last comment everything was sticky. Yuck. I won't be coming here again.

  Been waiting for this place to open ever since I heard they were coming to Cross County. I came in last Sunday opening weekend and came early to beat the crowd. Place was nice a clean upon entry and no line. We both wanted steak so we chose to wait for a fresh batch since we both creating our own bowls. It was the first time my partner was trying Cava eating healthy is so important now a days. Staff were very respectable and I really enjoyed my bowl.
