- AKAaron Kavanagh4 days ago5.0Oh my God, the coffees and the doughnut from Duncan are delicious. I’m so sad that we don’t have them in Ireland we should? Every time I go over to the states I always buy a Dunkin coffee and they are delicious.

My daughter enjoys dunkin donuts and we were in the area so I stopped so she can get a treat from one of her favorite places. She went in alone but when she returned she was upset. The woman at the counter was rude and did not care to listen to what she ordered. My daughter said she tried to correct her and she replied with have you ever been to a dunkin donuts before (sarcastically). My daughter is very quiet and respectful so she humbly took what ever the wrong order was and came back to the car. I then went in to inform the woman of what happened and asked her to correct the order. The woman then began shouting and calling my daughter a liar and wanted to confront her by asking me to bring her into the restaurant. I asked her to correct the order and she began to become aggressive and loud. I will never go back to this specific location. What terrible customer service. We did go back and forth with what was said and what needed to be done. All I kept thinking was what terrible customer service.
- PPPoly PhonyFeb 12, 20261.0I come here regularly as it’s the only Dunkin on my way to work and over & over I ask to substitute the Swiss cheese to American as I’m allergic to Swiss and they never do. Even tho I make it very clear that I’m allergic. The staff doesn’t care. They also do not make the refreshers properly. Instead of following the fill lines on the cup they pour more concentrate than lemonade. I even ask them to put less concentrate and they ignore me. My refreshers are never refreshing. It’s very frustrating as I love Dunkin but this location sucks.
