  Don’t waste your time here. Saturday night, around 9pm, they were out of chips, roasted corn, and lettuce for a salad. And you’re promoting that you’re open late? I’m usually easy to please, but come on. Go to Taco Project instead!

  This chipotle has go to be the WORST place EVER!!! I’ve gone five different times and they ALWAYS run out of food and don’t have half the things you want. They don’t even tell you until you’re mid order! I literally just walked out after waiting 20 mins. I’m placing my order and he’s like “oh we don’t have this, oh we ran out of this!” I walked out because I’m so over this place!! It’s so frustrating and highly disappointing time and time again especially after waiting months for this place to open for them to never have anything in stock or on demand. They need more workers because they don’t have enough workers to keep up with the food demand. They need to go to cross county and see how they run their place. In the Cross County Mall the lines are out the door, it’s constantly moving and they always have food. Whoever is running this location needs to be fired immediately!!

  I’ve gone there twice and both times they run out of something or the person is just scraping the last bit that’s left. I complained about it to the manager and she just said oh I’m sorry but that’s it. I paid for my food and I feel like I did not get what I paid for. Will never be going back.

  Lord, this was supposed to be an amazing first time at this newer location. Don’t even think it’s been a year yet and it is completely disgusting from beginning to end. Walked in, asked for my order, and the guy looked at me like I have four heads, Then he starts repeating something. I have no idea what he’s saying then my dad said he is saying “ who are you!” I was completely confused because usually they’ll just say what’s the name on the order or what is your name? It looks disgusting and dirty, and I should’ve known from the first interaction with that kid. So he said something about the drive-through again I was confused so my father said does that mean we should go to the drive-through since you already have a bag in your hand and the guy had no idea what we were saying. The worst part in the most disgusting was there was a bug in our food as soon as we opened up the first lid. We didn’t get to open up the other two, but there was cheese and sauce all over the top. Horrible presentation. Call to speak to the manager and at first it was going sideways and she seemed very defensive, but after that since she couldn’t give us a refund, she decided she was gonna make it right by letting us come in another day and getting bowls that she made herself. However, why would we want to eat there again? We’re gonna take them for free and donate them. I would definitely never return and I’m super disappointed.
