  I placed an order on the app for a drive through pick-up and didn’t realize they gave me the wrong order until I got home. The reason I didn’t is because they said my name as they were giving me the order. As you can see per the picture, my name is clearly not Tanya….

  I love Chick-fil-A so much I love the waffle fries in the extra cheese sauce on the side. It’s so gooey hot and delicious and I love to put ketchup on it. I love their chicken tenders with the Polynesian sauce and they have the best lemonade ever they are always so friendly and accommodating best fast food restaurant in the world in my opinion.

  The drive-through guy was very invasive, leaning into my car and knocking on it as I drove away. That wasn’t cool and it was very uncomfortable. And then had the audacity to say “cheers “instead of “my pleasure “. And a little longer than usual wait time. Not the experience I signed up for.

  I absolutely love Chik Fila I never had any bad experiences UNTIL I CAME TO THIS LOCATION. First off the two people who waited on me were so wonderful and so amazing Okella and Roberta. But it was their leadership who made my visit absolutely TERRIBLE. I ask the manager Cecila if I can substitute a chicken biscuit for a regular chicken sandwich since I was buying a large combo and everyone in my car was buying large combos. She laughed in my face and said no and was very rude when she said it while I was still talking with her she walked off I said I will call corporate she said that's fine they don't adhere to Corporate rules because they're location is independently owned. I said you still have to uphold the standards especially stellar customer service to their customers she said they don't while walking off. I felt like she treated me like this because of our skin color. I noticed while waiting so long another customer came up (white female customer) because it was a problem with her order same manager who left me had everyone to accommodate her even apologized. My family and I were in complete shock! Then the second manager Kohei gave us the meal after how rude Cecila was we decided just to order only 1 meal rather than 3. We noticed the food order was wrong. I told him my order was wrong he didn't even apologized. I said you still won't accommodate me since I waited so long he said no. They are independently owned maybe other Chik fila's will but they don't. I told him I will be contacting corporate about my horrible visit he smiled and said ok do what you have to do. I never ever thought I would ever see the day I would be treated so bad at a Chik Fila. I spoke to corporate the next morning they said that the location still has to follow the Chik Fila policies and standards even if they are a franchise. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!
