This location is ran by a bunch of high school kids with 0 customer service experience. Watching them behind the counter was very chaotic, no one knew what was going on, they lack management, and 0 sense of urgency. Will not be going back to this location. What a disappointment.

Hello
I recently placed an order through Uber Eats, and this is now my second experience with your restaurant where I’ve been very disappointed. The grains and greens bowl with honey harissa chicken was extremely salty, to the point it was difficult to eat. Additionally, several items were missing, including the pita bread, and no utensils were provided.
I’m frustrated because this has happened more than once, and it makes me hesitant to order again. I would appreciate you looking into this issue and providing a resolution.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Cava. I ordered my usual bowl from this location and was very disappointed to find that it was about half the size it usually is and was drowning in dressing. Like, a pool of dressing in the bottom of the container even when the order specified light dressing. I didn’t end up finishing it. I love Cava, but won’t be coming back to this location.

This is my first time trying Cava I don't think I will be rushing back. First off being a first timer I was looking for a menu the board was blank. I had to keep asking what everything was. Items was missing or empty but was refilled after my bowl was completed. I was missing one sauce I requested and the other sauce barely had anything in it. The cashier seemed to bothered and ready to leave. Didn't even complete my transaction or ask me for my rewards to scan. It will definitely take time for me to try Cava again maybe a different location. FYI the lettuce should be on top it makes the bowl cold faster.

If you enjoy paying a premium for a Choose Your Own Adventure dining experience where you have absolutely no say in the ending, then the CAVA at Cross County is your mecca. The digital pickup counter here isn’t a convenience; it is a black hole where logic, literacy, and basic safety go to die.
Let’s be clear. We aren’t talking about a missing side of pita or a forgotten garnish. We are talking about a level of incompetence that borders on performance art. I have consistently paid for extra charge proteins only for them to be completely absent, essentially a donation to CAVA in exchange for a bowl of air. I’ve opened lids to find bases and toppings that bear zero resemblance to my order, as if the staff decided to ignore the receipt entirely and just scoop whatever was closest to them at the time.
But the real chef’s kiss of negligence is their approach to allergens. To explicitly flag a safety warning, only to receive a bowl loaded with an ingredient that wasn't even on the ticket, is beyond a simple oops. It’s a blatant disregard for customer safety. In a kitchen where a digital screen literally dictates every single movement, ignoring a red flagged allergen takes a dedicated level of apathy.
The process is fundamentally binary. Read the screen. Scoop the item. Put it in the bowl. It is a task designed for elementary comprehension, yet this location treats a standard assembly line order like it’s a complex architectural blueprint. At this point, the staff isn't just getting it wrong, they are actively failing at the most basic requirement of their job.
Yet, perhaps I am the biggest fool of all. Despite the mounting evidence that reading a list is an insurmountable peak for this team, I keep choosing to believe that they can follow elementary comprehension and I keep ordering from them.
