  I recently ordered a combo by the Yaphank location that included a wrap, smoothie, and salad. While eating the wrap, I unfortunately found a long hair inside when I got to the second half. This was very disappointing and completely ruined my appetite. I called the store to inform them, and while they apologized for the inconvenience, no further action or solution was offered. I understand that mistakes can happen, but food hygiene is extremely important, and I expected a more proactive response. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control to prevent this from happening to other customers.

  Steve is awesome. He is loyal, funny, professional, and spolis my 8 year old son. He loves how he makes his wraps and smoothie. Thanks again.

  Completely wasted my time. I placed an order 15 minutes before arriving, and after paying instead of giving me the food this child stood behind the counter waiting for a walk in to decide what they wanted for 5 whole minutes. Instead of getting my food that was already prepared. I had to ask multiple times for my order. Then proceeded to walk back, bring me my smoothie. Just to walk back again to grab the bag of food sitting right next to the smoothie. Absolute circus clowns. The kid looked like he was 13 years old and both workers looked like they were dressed in pajamas. INSANE.

  Always a wonderful experience! The manager Chris is always so great and my kids love to come visit because he always give them a great visit and chat! Thank you Chris for always making us feel like we are one of a kind customer and for amazing customer service!

  This is the best tropical smoothie location I’ve ever been too. Always super clean, & the manager Chris is honestly the best. As well as all his staff; always so nice to me. They are always very accommodating!! 10/10 recommend coming here.
