  They need to hire competent employees. They have the worst and most unprofessional attitudes. When I ordered a Boston cream donut, the lady said out loud "DO YOU HAVE A BOSTON CREAM DONUT" and I am sitting in my car thinking, is this lady asking me or somebody else. When my wife ordered a donut the lady proceeds to say the same thing out loud. We got the feeling that she was trying to make us feel as if we were bothering her when she signed up for this job! We waited for a half an hour at the drive thru and when we finally got to the drive thru window, they messed up our order. I had to ask her that I ordered a boston cream donut to which she said out loud "DO YOU HAVE A BOSTON CREAM DONUT" and as she handed it to me, she said, "you're welcome" without me saying thank you. Of course I wasn't going to thank you after the terrible customer service we received. How can you be so rude and unprofessional at your job? They always mess up your order and expect you to still thank them even though you told them something is missing in your order. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else and after reading other reviews about sanitary issues and lack of proper professional etiquette; I would advise people to come here at your own risk or do not come here at all.

  I got several donuts and they were super stale I couldn't even eat them just a waste of money so sad...

  I just wanted to say thank you to Samantha the employee working today. She was extremely friendly, fast, and made my experience great. It’s always nice coming to this Dunkin’ because of employees like her who clearly care about their customers. And remember orders..Great service!

  1 star because I'm given no other option. Called the NYS Dept of Health to report that at 5:03 this morning I went inside DD to grab a cup of coffee when one of the servers came to the front to take my order but not before spitting out whatever he was eating into his bare hands and toss it into the garbage then went to take my order without washing his hands. I told him that he had to go and wash his hands before proceeding with my order. Instead he grabbed a pair of gloves to put on still without washing his hands. I asked for the other (female) server to take my order and to tell him he has to wash his hands. Paid, got my order, left, threw it out, waited until 9 to place my call. Was informed that "they, the NYS Dept of Health, can only educate the staff on the importance of hygiene and washing their hands, that they are in public view, yadda, yadda".. So I'm posting this review to inform customers of DD in Wurtsboro my grotesque experience and you can take it from there.
