They spend more time celebrating each other, giggling, joking, and chatting, which delays service rather than providing quality food. I received soggy fries, and my burger was missing the basic mayo and ketchup I requested. At $26, this is not worth the price. The only thing they got right was the shake.
- JUJasmina UDec 31, 20253.0I can tell the workers we're very hard workers and they were busy and moving orders right along. The lady that took my order was very friendly. However, the burgers lacked in any seasoning no salt at all just plain meat. The burgers were packed sloppy and lopsided so was not happy about that, its new so the guy that packed them deff will get the hang of it im sure. Lastly the fries were very soggy not crispy. Despite all of it its a new location I will try them again. I hope they start seasoning the meat.

Clearly this location is new but they need to work on getting correct temperature and cooking time to get them right. Everything else was as expected. Clean, friendly. I will return again soon, keep my fingers crossed for better cooked french fries.

The establishment is nice, clean, decent seating, Brightly lighting and wheelchair accessible. One gender neutral bathroom, plenty of assortment of drinks. Everything is ordered separately(no value combos) and topping are free as well as the extras you want in your milkshake.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
