The only issue I have is every time I order my coffee, it feels like either someone else is making it every day or they’re just lazy. I have been coming here for 4-5 years now, and they were good until they stopped caring. I’ve been ordered a cold brew ice coffee with cold foam for almost a year now, and the last 3-4 months, they put my cold foam on top and never mix the drink. So I’m sipping on nasty, bitter cold brew with my cold foam. I’m always mixing the bottom syrup with my straw. And guess what?! When I mix it, the cold foam disappears. So why am I paying extra for cold foam every time?! They have to start caring more. The fact that I’m a regular and now have to write a not-so-good review is sad. Maybe new staff? Or maybe just care!!!

I walked to the older lady on the counter and she gave me a side eye and a snotty attitude when I asked if they were still giving them out. She ruined the whole experience for me. My friends told me they went to the one on 63-14 and Queens boulevard and they nicely package your donut inside the tote. I should have known better and go there where the people are always kind to you specially the manager but oh well, lesson learned.

This is not an excuse—when working, customers should be served properly. I tried to call the store, but the phone line was busy and not working. I honestly felt sad about this situation. The ladies there seem nice, but good customer service should be proven by accurate service as well.
