  Ordered a hot cappuccino with sugar. they served me with a muddy water stuff, cold with no sugar. gave me a sachet of sugar with nothing to stir. when asked they threw a straw to the counter top where other customers were standing. its an absolute insult and disgrace. dr Nair.

  The staff were always kind and attentive. I have no complaints whatsoever.

  One cashier would only sell a half dozen or more so I gave in and bought 6 jelly donuts they were tough and stale it's rarely fresh

  The staff there was HORRIBLE , I did not like my latte, I’m aware it’s a latte but it had zero coffee taste so I went to ask if they can add tiny bit of coffee, this older Bengali lady worker who wears glasses straight up said “throw it then!” and did not want to do my request, I was shocked because I asked politely. (Mind you, the store was not busy at this time, had no customer in line). All I said was to add little extra coffee, not even to make another drink. Then she started raising her voice and arguing with me. Then later she started mumbling in her language to her coworker and had the worst attitude. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!
