  1 star — I went to this Dunkin’ this morning before work to get a coffee and one bagel, but I ended up being charged $12 for a strange-looking bagel. Then I saw another customer receive two pinkish bagels, which made me question if my order got mixed up because I only ordered one. When I asked the employee about it, he just said “I don’t know” and didn’t try to fix the issue or explain what happened. Customers shouldn’t be overcharged or ignored like this—the staff needs to be more attentive and responsible with orders.

  First time happened to me that i order $6 meal deal coffee with egg bacon and cheese sandwiche but the stuff only give me the sandwich,second the brown sugar ice shakin espresso doesn’t really taste good like before ,i don’t know what’s the STANDARD of the their coffee,i always buy coffee from their store but yesterday that’s my last time that im going to buy there

  I got here at Feb 9/ 7:20pm. The woman with the glasses at the counter has very bad attitude. First of all She didn’t even ask what do we want. And when my girlfriend ordered a caramel latte with less ice she acted like she didn’t hear. We both thought she didn’t hear so my girlfriend repeated the order again with less sugar and she looked at us like we are idiots and you get three pumps of caramel. So my girlfriend said just 2 pumps is good. I really don’t like the way we were treated. I am never coming back here again!!!
