  The worst pizza in NYC. They are both slow to make it and leave out ingredients. A disgraceful place. Is there anyone among you who can spot the peppers? Because it says they're in the order.

  Placed my order over an hour ago and saw it sitting on “quality check” for 46 minutes. I called the store and was told the driver had already left and would arrive in 8–10 minutes. 15 minutes later, still nothing—so I called again and was told the driver had just left. Clearly, I was misled the first time. No apology, no accountability, just poor service and communication. Really disappointing experience.

  Delivery man took an hour to deliver the food. He confirmed the order was delivered before he even contacted me, then proceeded to call me to go out and get the pizza myself. I told him he needs to hand it to me in order for it to be completed, he refuse to come to my door. He left with my food and the ordered marked as delivered. I had to call him back and say leave it at the lobby, I’ll go down. He replied he had other deliveries and he’ll come back later. Called the establishment to confirm that’s their policy, it was confirmed. Absolutely disgusting service. Don’t give your money to these people, they don’t deserve our business.

  Went to order there tonight. First thing the employee said was “it’s going to be a 20 minute wait to order I have a lot of orders”, I said all I was ordering was cheese bread. I was the only customer in the store and it was 1am. He said 20 minute wait anyway. Makes no sense
