  Im a long term shopper. MY 1st store was the pits! Neighborhood makes a difference im sorry to say. All products fresh, staff helpful, Store is always clean, fresh. Produce is very good. Cashiers customer service trained, courteous. Shoppers are friendly, cashiers checkout fast.

  Half of fruit dept was empty. No lemons and limes i needed. They don't sell my fav zero sugar snapple beverage. Usually a decent shopping expierence not really today. I did find the new limited edition devil dogs today.

  Just picked up some crackers at the Rockaway Blvd store on February 14, 2026 and discovered that they expired December 2025

  As soon as I entered the store with two empty 5-gallon bottles from different brands, a staff member who appeared to be a manager, named Maria, saw me and spoke to me in a very unfriendly tone, stating that one of the bottles would not be accepted, without clearly explaining which one or why. While I was already checking out, Maria came over again to intervene, even though she was not handling my transaction. She then insisted that I had disposed of the wrong bottle, speaking in an impatient and dismissive manner. What was completely unacceptable was that she opened the recycling cabinet and told me to go inside and retrieve the bottle myself. This is clearly an employee-only area, and asking a customer to climb inside raises serious safety and liability concerns. The issue was not the trade-in policy itself, but poor attitude, unclear communication, and inappropriate handling by someone in a supervisory role. A simple purchase turned into a very uncomfortable experience

  I placed an online order and went to pick it up. The lady at the pickup area was unbelievably rude. I told her I had a pickup order and she just stared at me. No explanation, no words—just moving her mouth like she was talking, but I heard absolutely nothing. I stood there for about five minutes, confused, waiting, and she eventually just walked away. At that point I went to customer service because I clearly wasn’t getting helped. They had to call the pickup area so someone could actually serve me. Guess who comes back? The same lady. I told her she never said anything to me, and her response was, “There’s nothing here to pick up,” said with an attitude, like I showed up asking for a favor instead of picking up an order I already placed. The whole situation was chaotic, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Never again. Never again.
