  A few weeks back, we booked WoodHaven Manor Caterers and Banquet for our sister's wedding and OMG it was LIT 🥳❤️ The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the vibe - the decorations, lighting, everything was on point 👏🏻 The food? It was seriously the best food we have ever tasted ❤️ The team there were super cool and the Manager was like a superstar, handling everything so smoothly 😤❤️And the waiters were like, really attentive and friendly 😊. They even accommodated our last-minute requests and it saved us from a lot of hassles 😎 They made our sister feel like a queen and the stage setup was way more than what we asked for ❤️it was such a vibe 👏🏻 Overall, they exceeded our expectations big time. THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED guys ❤️👏🏻 If you're looking for a venue that's got everything, they're the ones 💝 Trust them without a second thought to avoid any kind of stress 👏🏻

  I was hosting my daughter’s wedding, the venue itself is elegant, clean, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere created the perfect setting for our celebration. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and served right on time. Our guests are still talking about it. What stood out the most was the level of care and attention to detail. Manager Anne went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. She answered every question and every request was handled with professionalism and kindness.

  I have my brothers wedding in woodhaven manor place is very specious and beautiful our family and friends liked the place food was amazing stuffs are very helpful attentive manager and owner was nice and very friendly they make our day memorable I recommend that place to everyone every single thing went well thank you woodhaven manor management.

  I would give this a 0 start if I could. I recently hosted my engagement party here, and it was an absolute disaster. I’ve hosted many events, but this was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Coming from the medical field myself, having no disability accommodations made me feel terrible—especially since a child in a wheelchair needed help and no staff offered assistance. I had confirmed elevator accommodations before booking, yet on the day of the event, the elevators weren’t working and the venue never notified me until I got there, and even said they couldn’t fix it on time before my event was over. Not only did my vendors have to lug everything upstairs themselves, but the elderly and those needing accommodations could not be supported. We were promised six servers, but only three showed up—and apparently the other three were stuck in the kitchen instead of serving on the floors like they should have been. Both bathrooms were flooded, and management, including manager Annie and the owners, tried to blame my guests instead of taking responsibility. We requested extra seating for few additional guests, and they refused unless we paid again right then and there, even though we had already paid in full days earlier and told them we would pay additional as soon as event was over. They also refused to provide a table for the bride and groom to eat, claiming they “ran out,” which makes no sense for our event of only 160 people, when their venue holds up to 900. We were forced to move our cake away and eat at the cake table. Valet was a disaster—no one at the front main entrance, guests ended up parking themselves as no sign in the front, and valet staff were hiding in the back parking lot, and even refused to take keys from groom’s family, making them circle for 20 min. At the end of the night, the worst was that the valet left two cars running with keys inside without notifying us. When we asked to check security cameras, back cameras weren’t working, leaving us no way to verify the incident. We were locked out of one car because of this and didn’t resolve it until 3:30 AM. Do NOT book this venue at all.

  One of the Best Venue in town . We did 18th birthday party of our son. Everything was so great. Staff was very helpful and active. Food was delicious . Sangeeta the Owner was personally supervising and was on top of everything making sure everything going well . Place has multiple decorative places to take wonderful pictures . All Guests were praising about delicious food and beauty of the place . Thank you Sangeeta and Annie (manager).
