  Staff was friendly and eager to help. Food ready ON TIME despite it being a busy morning. Bathroom was clean by NYC standards. Will be returning.

  I love this McDonald's because it's been my local McDonald's my whole life, however, this doesn't mean it's good. They are extremely short staffed with up to half an hour wait, and it seems like they have poor management as management is barely on site, as well as constant turnover. The employees are often rude and will talk back to you. I just waited 30 minutes for these soggy chicken nuggets that were probably there for a long time.

  I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years and it’s always been a convenient spot for a quick meal. Unfortunately lately the service has really slowed down. The wait time for my orders has noticeably increased even when I order ahead through the app. Several times I’ve arrived to pick up my food only to find it still not prepared and I end up waiting even longer afterward. The staff is usually friendly, but they often seem short handed or overwhelmed, which might be contributing to the delays. I’m hoping things improve soon because this has been my go to location for a long time and I’d like to see it return to the efficient service it once had. 🍟

  I'm occasionally visted this McDonald's over the years but many times from Oct to Nov 2025. The service gets slow during peak times, not more so than other McDonald's. The crowd clumps up near the counter making it hard to pick up and further slows down service. After school, there is usually a crowd of teenagers. Often the top floor is blocked, trash on the ground, and noiser than average. I would advise avoiding during after school hours. The service was varied depending on which manager was working. There is a female manager that worked multiple stations and helps give out orders, some times you here her ordering around the workers. Service seems better when she's is working. When it's not her working, the service is terrible. The portions are smaller, the burgers slopply made, orders were missing items. The monopoly game promotion was ongoing during my visits, some of the managers would not honor the food promotions. We thought it was a mistake but figured out it was always the promo items nissing. They will take the order and coupon then not give the items when you go to pick up/delivered. If picking up, the manager sends an employee to tell you it's a scam. Not getting a free apple pie or small fries is not a big deal but getting called a scammer by a manager that is refusing to honor a promotion is beyond annoying. As is having the items missing from your order or having menu items unavailable due to the restaurant wanting to avoid honoring promotions.
