  Let me preface this review by saying that I come here very frequently because of the proximity to my home. This location may honestly be the most poorly run grocery store I have ever been to in my life. The registers here are never open. There is maybe one cashier working at all times. The line to check out is ridiculously long as a result, which encourages everyone to use the self checkout regardless of the number of items. Often times, I am overcharged for items and the refund process is unbelievable. For a while, they were telling people that they couldn’t process any returns or exchanges because nobody working in the store knew how to do it. The store manager, Scott, does not know how to run the grocery store at all. He also apparently struggles with basic arithmetic. One time I had to wait for a half of an hour to be reimbursed for a pack of Tic Tacs that I was overcharged for. They were labeled on sale, but it didn’t come off at the register. He had me wait for 20 minutes for someone to help me and then processed the return incorrectly multiple times, giving me the wrong change. I had to explain to him numerous times that he had given me the incorrect amount of money back. Every time I go shopping at this store, I dread the moment that I have to check out because of how long it takes- EVERY SINGLE TIME! Tonight I had to wait for a customer to retrieve some chicken stock that was on sale. While I was waiting another individual simply walked out of the store with their items unpaid. Probably another satisfied customer who lost their mind waiting to be checked out and couldn’t take it anymore! This manager, is extremely unpleasant, and treats everyone’s time and patience as if it’s a normal inconvenience that literally occurs every time I come here. I really wish that the higher management at this store would ensure that there are enough cashiers working the registers here at all times and make changes to the store management who have no idea how to effectively run a grocery store! Especially at the checkout.

  The store is bright and spacious. I always find what I am looking for plus more. The staff is helpful and accommodating

  I can’t believe how much everything with a common name cost in this store. They’re making it so you buy their brand name. I have to shop elsewhere. Might as well go to dollar store if I want generic items. Good only for essentials.

  Completely overpriced specifically for this Chain that is supposed to be a place to save some money. Corporate greed always winds up showing their cards🤦🏻‍♂️
