  The store is very clean and orderly. The staff of the supermarket are friendly, courteous and always willing to help the customers. All of the items on the shelves face the same direction, facing forward This gives the appearance of the care the staff gives to their jobs, and it is easier to locate the items a person needs as they walk up and down the row’s. Thank You 👏👏👏👏

  Stop and Shop’s prices are higher, yet they very good sales, their stores are always clean and well stocked, their rain check policy is excellent and their customer service desk/aisle workers and cashiers are always pleasant. Their customer service hours, though, should be extended back to 9pm. I work late most nights and that would help greatly. Thank you!

  Warning: please be careful and check dates if you use their delivery or pick up service. We regularly use their pick up food and twice now they've given us food that has gone off, past use by date. Last night they gave us milk that had gone off in August 2025. Absolutely shocking. We didn't check before using today and then stopped consuming as it tasted bad. When we called the store and customer service shouted at us to say this would never happen. We didn't call them for a refund but to make them aware of this error. Shocking behaviour and poor health and safety. Sufficient to say we will not use this shop anymore. Beware.
