There on Saturday.. all signs say open. Door however is locked. Man inside cutting roast beef. Another walked into the back area. I’m knocking on door- man in front turns to side. I have to expect he sees me if not hears me. Nope. A gentleman outside knocks and waves. Then: the man comes and unlocks the door. So, here’s the thing- I shop infrequently but of a good amount. I do appreciate having Good Customer service and not having to feel a struggle.

I wanted to try it since it’s dry aged and I love the beefy rich taste of a dry aged burger from restos I’ve been too. This one is lacking that beefy rich taste and it was also the most expensive burger Pattie’s I’ve bought. 42 bucks for 4 8oz Pattie’s.
