This is unfortunately the 2nd time I have orderd a lamb gyro sandwich and the meat was charred, like burnt ends and tough as leather. I understand the slash mate has to be reheated, but honestly, nearly half the meat is charred, crispy, inedible. Such a disappointment. Pondering what to do as this has been out "go to". And yes, I did call. Most people are not going to come back to pick up a replacement of something that they perceive as being ruined. Not sure what we will do in the future as we truly do like the staff & food, but this is the 2nd time in a row. The management should have given me a credit back for the one gyro. The 2nd one was chicken and no complaints.
