  They’re very kind in there but the quality is the worst I’ve ever experienced at any DD. And it’s not like there is anyone new/training when we go! They forget to add the sauce you pay for, they give you entirely wrong orders and the past few times I’ve come — this is how my drink is served. They did correct this when I went back in. But to serve customers like this repeatedly shows that they just don’t care. I can’t justify it anymore.. 🙃

  The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been to I went in because I had a few minutes before I went to do an evaluation at a rehab in the area. I order a medium shaking brown sugar espresso with oat milk the woman goes very snappy it made with oat milk! Ugh I order this all the time and don’t know anyways I ask for 4 sugars she tells me it’s a sweet flavor already ! After my drink order I order chipotle fully loaded hash browns forget about it nothing fully or loaded about them and the hash browns looked like they was just sitting and my food didn’t come with a lid on it I was so disgusted with the whole situation I left the bag of hard hash brown and a squirt of chipotle sauce right in the parking lot and eventually I tossed the coffee too!!! I didn’t go back in because I didn’t want to cause a scene nor deal with them remaking anything for me!!!! I have video of the unloaded hash brown as well

  Workers are friendly and just good regular Dunkin’ Donuts.
