Born in Astoria, Queens in July 2017, Chip City began as a hobby between two childhood friends as they sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today.

I recently ordered TGTG and while on my way there (already 15 mins into the pickup window) my order was canceled. I immediately called the store to see if it was an error, but was advised they put the wrong number of boxes available, so my order got canceled. For making me waste 30+ minutes, the least they could have done was given a voucher or just made a new box of cookies for pickup. Will never use TGTG or give any business to Chip City anymore.
