  This place under this new ownership only cares about profits and not the customers. I ordered three sandwiches online, two of them with french fries. When I got there, the two sandwiches were ready in their containers . I was told they didn’t have the chicken chipotle sandwich. They asked if I wanted something else I said, of course I do. At first I was a little annoyed because they could’ve called and asked what I wanted snd it would’ve been ready, but not that big of a deal.. Here is the big deal. I waited 35 minutes for one chicken Parm hero with the vodka sauce. This should’ve been made right away for someone who had the situation because the other food, was getting cold. I then had to say I ordered a milkshake which was not being made so I had to wait for that after the sandwich came out 35 minutes later. I don’t know why my order couldn’t just be looked at to see what should’ve been in there. later when I got home the chicken Parm sandwich did not have fries with it. I paid for two orders of fries only got one. The chicken Parm sandwich did not have the vodka sauce on it, which I asked for only the marinara and the chicken ranch sandwich, which was ordered did not have any ranch dressing on the sandwich or on the side. I called when I got home asked for the manager or owner I was put on hold then I was told they’re not in and they will call me back. I never received a call back obviously they don’t value their customer. Since I was told the owner or manager was not there on a Saturday night, maybe they need to be on a busy time for a restaurant to operate. I even left a small tip, which I rarely do when I place take out orders, kind of wish I didn’t because whoever receives that tip really doesn’t deserve it based on the experience I had. This place is very overpriced. Your paying for the experience of the nostalgia, nothing more there are plenty of other places that are less money that will give you a better ordering and food quality experience overall. Not worth the 79 dollars I spent. Good job guys you lost my business.

  Excellent milkshake. Didn't get to try the burger (went early; weren't available). Worth a visit!

  I had the ice cream here once and it was FANTASTIC! I've tried going back with my family literally 3 times over the last few months and they are NEVER open when they say they are. I've tried evening, during lunch, all of it. No communication, no sign, nothing.

  This has been the third time I attempted to come here from OCEANSIDE so it’s about a 30 minute trip only to find out that they are closed today’s hours said they were open till eight. It’s 649 and yet here we are all dark. The last time I was here that was fun. The doors were open and nobody was in there. I actually thought they were being held up. I ran through the whole store and some guy comes running back in because he forgot the keys to lock up so he left the business unattended and open. It’s really sad because if you’re able to find them when they’re open, their ice cream is really good although it’s overpriced but the fact that they’re never open, makes it very hard to get so I go to get my business elsewhere so disappointed
