  Absolutely terrible experience. Pulled into the drive-thru and the place was completely empty — no cars, no customers, nothing — yet we still sat there waiting. They said “we’ll be right with you” and then took a full 5 minutes just to take our order… and another 5 just to hand us the food. For an empty restaurant, that’s ridiculous. And it somehow got worse. The entire order was wrong, they gave us the wrong change, didn’t provide a receipt, and even managed to mess up the toppings on the food. Sloppy, careless, and completely unacceptable. Won’t be going back.

  The cashier was very courteous and took our order with great professionalism. The atmosphere was pleasant, and both the dining area and washroom were clean and well-maintained.

  went through the drivethru with my brother and they got my order wrong 2 times and when i nicely corrected it the first time the girl tried to argue with me/give attitude about what i ordered and then got frustrated and closed the window (my brother is my witness of what i ordered i did not misspeak lol), and proceeded to complain to their co-workers/give a frustrated look. all i ordered was 2 frostys. then the next girl came and gave us the wrong order again and she said she didnt know what was going on because she doesnt wear a headset. on the third try it was correct but made very poorly. dont go here lol.
