Second Weekend with Inchin. I absolutely LOVE their food. Coming from Kolkata, Indo chinese food is very sentimental to me. The Tangra Style Chili chicken and Hakka Chowmein, Manchurian Chicken—they bring me back to the lanes of Kolkata; in Tangra. My car smells like a Kolkata Bistro, serving some really amazing Chinese food that you can't wait to devour when you get back home.
In a discussion with a staff there, I discovered that the executive chef is from Kolkata. I am wondering if he also recreates the recipes from the memories and shares a piece of home in the dishes with us.
Nuff Said.
Love Inchin. Already deciding my menu for the next weekend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bamboo Garden offers a relaxed, nature-inspired dining experience with a menu that delivers bold, Asian-style flavors, often leaning toward Indo-Chinese favorites. The food stands out for its rich seasoning and satisfying portions, with dishes like fried rice, noodles, and crispy starters bringing a nice balance of spice and texture. The ambience is calm and inviting, making it a good choice for both casual meals and small gatherings, while the service is generally friendly, if occasionally a bit slow during busy times. Overall, it’s a solid mid-range spot that consistently delivers tasty, comforting food in a pleasant setting.

My experience at Inchin’s Bamboo Garden in Buffalo was truly outstanding and remarkably satisfying. As a vegetarian, I am often quite particular about both variety and depth of flavor, yet this restaurant surpassed my expectations with impressive consistency.
The vegetarian starters were unquestionably the centerpiece of the meal. The Dahi Papdi, in particular, was exceptional—it offered an exquisite interplay of flavors, combining delicate sweetness, refreshing tanginess, and a subtle yet well-balanced spice profile. The textures were equally delightful, with a pleasing contrast between crisp elements and smooth components, resulting in a thoroughly indulgent experience.
In addition, the ambiance was vibrant and aesthetically pleasing, striking a perfect balance between liveliness and comfort. The staff exhibited commendable professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth, which significantly elevated the overall dining experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a refined and memorable culinary experience, especially vegetarians who appreciate thoughtfully crafted starters. I eagerly anticipate returning in the near future.

Inchin’s was fantastic! We had a massive group of about 50 people on Easter Sunday, and they accommodated us on very short notice. The owner, Bobby, and his staff were incredible—they even customized a special menu just for us. They catered to our every request, gave us a private space, and made everyone feel so welcome.
The ambiance is serene and peaceful with a beautiful, zen décor. We loved the friendly staff and the unique touches like the interactive Chinese zodiac placemats at every seat.
If you’re looking for amazing Pan-Asian cuisine, this is the spot. The Chicken 65 was off the chain! Other favorites were the Chicken Manchow soup, Fish Amritsari, Samosa Chaat, Basil Thai Fried Rice, Veg Hakka Noodles, and Mongolian Beef. Their Mango Lassi was delicious, and the Masala Chai was so soothing. They even had a cute "Happy Meal" with nuggets and fries for the kids. We finished with Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai for dessert, which were delicious.
There are many items we still want to try, like the “momos.” We’ll definitely be back to explore more! Thank you, Inchin’s, for such a delightful experience!

I recently tried the buffet at Inchin's Bamboo Garden, and it was a huge letdown. I went in expecting a good mix of Chinese and Indian food, but it ended up being almost entirely Indian dishes with barely any real Chinese options. That alone was disappointing.
The food itself wasn’t good either. Almost everything tasted overly sweet, like it was loaded with sugar. That’s not what I came for at all. On top of that, a lot of the dishes were lukewarm, dry, and seemed like they had been sitting out for too long.
Service was slow, trays weren’t refilled properly, and the place didn’t feel as clean as it should’ve been.
And the price makes it even worse. I’ve been to plenty of buffets, and none of them were anywhere near $33 for this kind of quality. It’s just not worth it.
Overall, really disappointing experience. I would never go back.
