  We went here for our 8 year anniversary, our server was skye! She was amazing! She was the sweetest! Food was wonderful!

  Was our second time at the restaurant and like the first the food did not disappoint We had a lovely pleasant server Isabelle who took great care of us and was very Knowledgeable and helpful with both food and the wine. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Will defiantly be returning

  Everything was amazing! From the food to the service to the atmosphere, it was all great. I had the arancini, the pasta Saratoga, a mango cocktail, and the little Italian donuts, and everything was well worth every dollar I spent. Our waitress was Sky, and she honestly made the night amazing. She was extremely attentive, and more importantly, super friendly. She made sure to take photos without us even having to ask of our party, was quick with refills, and made great conversation all while doing a great job. She made our night, thank you so much!!

  We had a great night at Giancarlo. ***The scallop was cooked to perfection*** A touch salty on the wagyu steak and risotto. Short rib also delicious. Will- our sever is awesome. Looking forward to come back.
