Foods great when they get the order correct. Today I spent 7 dollars extra on my 6 dollar meal because of bacon that was not included on my burgers.

I came here after visiting the farmer's market and just wanted a quick fry. 30 minutes for a sprite and a large fry is extremely disappointing. At some point someone working drive thru made a mistake and we were asked to pull in the reserved drive thru spot where we watched 10+ cars leave the drive thru I'm assuming with their orders.
Do you think they ever offer anything extra for the wait? A free pie ? A cookie ? Anything to make up for literally making fast food take longer than sitting down at a restaurant and waiting for a meal? Not at all. To me that's extremely poor customer service. We didn't order something extraordinary.
And getting a refund after all this time seemed utterly pointless...if it takes them this long to make a single order of fries I can't imagine if I actually wanted a meal...): I'm a fry fanatic so this was not a good experience. I'm sure they had something happen inside but again to expect customers to wait 30-40 minutes for 1 French fry with nothing more than a sorry is a bit unacceptable
