First, on entering the store, and being the only customer, I was ignored by at least 4 employees, all engaged in a conversation in other than English, and didn't acknowledge my presence for almost 2 minutes. After getting my order, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and an ice tea, I noticed that I barely got any bacon on my sandwich and that the ice tray tasted like the tea urn hadn't been cleaned in a while. Someone needs to either retrain or replace the staff, in either case I doubt I'll ever return to this particular unit again...
