  Good food. Nice staff. What seems to be a repetitive issue is cleanliness of the restaurant. Bluntly; it is filthy. And keeps getting reviewed as dirty. Until management ensures a consistently clean restaurant, I will not return. Fix it! You may stop getting reviewed over and over for having a filthy place.

  My wife and I ordered 2 bowls from a mobile order, she ordered a Carnitas bowl which the meat was full of fat, she also had uncooked rice which was very hard to chew, and she found large peppercorns in her bowl! I ordered a Steak bowl which the steak had lots of fat and grizz, hard to swallow, again my rice was uncooked making it hard to chew, the guacamole was darker than usual making it seem like they used bad avocados, and lastly I found a giant onion petal in my bowl which means they didnt take the time to prep the onion! Here are some photos for proof of our meals! As far as Atmosphere, this location seems very small for a fast food restaurant, the line is blocking the front door making it hard for people to get in and out of the building! It seems very claustrophobic! Lastlty, On a positive note, the service/employees seem very nice and professional, I just think the cooks and prep cooks need to slow down and make sure they are sending out good quality edible food!

  This location is consistently serving poor quality food, and regularly 'out' of basic ingredients needed to make a bowl (Chicken, rice, veggies, etc) at random times during the day and seems as though employees have no intention of making more. It is also almost always dirty inside with full garbage cans and dirty tables and the main door has been broken and blocked off for over a month. I believe most of these issues come from the fact that the location seems understaffed, but these issues also stem from the poor attitudes of many of the employees. I find myself driving to the Main Street Williamsville location just to get decent food. I was at the Transit location last week and got a bowl and it legitimately gave me food poisoning that I dealt with for a solid 6 days. I went back tonight and there was a small line (under 4 people) and the first person in the serving staff (the one that does rice and protein) was swearing about how much work she had to do because the line was so long. Then I was greeted with a "You!?" As in what I wanted. She then proceeded to give extremely small portions, but I am accustomed to that as Chipotle quality has declined over the years. Not all workers there are disrespectful, and I want to identify the good experiences from employees I have had. I don't know their names but the non-binary (not trying to be offensive) employee with longer brown hair, and then the shorter woman with shortish hair and earrings, they have both given outstanding service. Just wanted to put it out there that this location has been a repeated bad experience for me and many of the people that I know.
