  Food was decent NOT great. The location was disgusting, dirty and messy. It has gone downhill since last summer. I ordered a mobile order and the app wasn't allowing me to order my reward of free quac. And I was told, after I had my order in my hand, that I could go back to the end of the line and reorder.... are you kidding me?

  I placed an order at 10:42am they open at 10:45 so understandable that it would take a min for them to get going. But I sat there quiet thinking well, my food should be ready by 11:00am according to the app. Around 10:55am someone asked me what I needed I said I was waiting for my order. He said someone would work on it soon. I wasn’t upset about it. But I was sitting there watching them taking care of everyone that walks in but no one making my order. By 11:01am I asked. And the girl with pink hair was very rude. There’s ways you can communicate with your customers. And her way is not the correct way. I simply asked if that was my order the one in the counter and she said no, I am working on this one. I said well I have been waiting for a while now and her answer was I am doing my best. Her answer should have been, sorry I will work on your order as soon as I am done with this one. Or called somebody else to do it. I was patient, waited for the time on my app to ask. But no, the rudeness is just what they wanted to do. Also, when my order was ready it seemed like she did me a favor by calling my name and slamming my bag in the counter. I said very loudly thank you so much and got no answer. Lol terrible customer service and my food was 2x protein I got the same amount of what a regular portion was. Just not recommend this location.

  Gross, unhygienic chaos and wrong orders. Food is cold. This is the second time I have been to this location recently and the second time the inside of the restaurant was in disgusting shape , and I had to wait twice as long for my pickup order as they said on the app. Every surface was covered in wet burrito detritus; there were plenty of open tables but not one clean place to sit and wait. The trash can was overflowing so badly that people had to carefully arrange trash around the mouth of the trash can. Aannnnd they didn’t get our order correct. There’s no way I’m going back in there for my bag of chips , and to switch the burrito bowl out for the burrito I ordered. Too bad because it’s near home and I do like some Chipotle, but this place is understaffed, filthy and slow.

  Just a hair in my first bite, always great, waited 40 mins watched a worker feed himself while I waited, never going back. Chipotle are going down hill hit up a salsaritas

  Dirty environment! Trash is full take it out! The lack of discipline is crazy! Waited 30 min in line while i had two people that were together in front of me. Now the food… there was no meat! When i say they ran out i mean no chicken no steak no carne no pork nothing! Very sad experience huge waste of money i hope this place can turn it around. Also the girl dropped my bowl then smiled like it was funny it in fact was not funny to me actually
