    Went to the arbys on niagra falls vlvd in amherst sat in drive threw for 17 minutes to fi ally get a order wich my fries were cold no cheese that I paid 1.50 for and no sauce for the jalapeno poppers.kids working inside laughing having fun just messing up orders

    Easily the best Arby’s I’ve been to. The crew working at 3p on the 27th were the friendliest workers I’ve encountered in some time. Very impressed and the team working that day deserves a lot of credit for operating at such a high standard. Food was hot fresh and made quickly. We will be back soley based on this experience
