The 14-in cheesesteak sub was very good. It was hot and customized correctly. Curbside pickup was difficult to find, but worked out very well once I was there. My only complaint about the entire process, tthe sub really could have used more toppings on it. The peppers were a bit sparse, the mushrooms were even harder to find. Other than that, it was a good experience.

DiBella's remains a powerhouse in the Western New York sub scene, sitting comfortably above standard fast-food chains like Subway but offering a more "old-school deli" feel than Jersey Mike’s.
The Bread: The Star of the Show
The core of any DiBella’s sub is the roll. They bake them at least twice a day, so you’re rarely getting something that’s been sitting around.
The Everything Roll: This is the gold standard here. It’s crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with seasoning.
Asiago Option: If you want something richer, the Asiago-crusted roll adds a salty, cheesy crunch that pairs perfectly with their hotter subs.
Menu Highlights:
The Godfather: Their flagship Italian sub. It’s loaded with Genoa salami, capicola, and spicy ham. Pro tip: Always ask for the "Everything" treatment (lettuce, tomato, onion, and their Famous Oil Dressing).
The Uncle Louie: A massive trio of roast beef, turkey, and ham. It’s a heavy hitter if you’re looking for variety.
DiBella’s Cheesesteak: Unlike a Philly style, this is more of a "sub shop" steak sandwich—meaty, cheesy, and great on a toasted sesame roll.

DiBella's came highly recommended by some folks at our nearby hotel, so we stopped in to get some sandwiches. This location is clean, staffed with friendly employees, and has plenty of free parking.
Inside, it looks like an old school sub shop. Black and white floors and dark booths, with an open kitchen where the bread is baked fresh. I did find it strange that on a Friday night at 6 pm the place was completely empty, which would normally be a sign of either high prices or bad food. DiBella's had neither.
The menu is very easy to understand and easy to customize. You pick your bread, your meats, your toppings, any sides, and pay. I went for the smallest size sub on wheat with turkey, honey mustard, lettuce and tomato. Classic and simple. Hubby got the bigger Italian sub on white bread. I also got a side of macaroni salad, because I absolutely love East Coast noodle salads.
Our food came out fast and our orders were both correct. The small sandwich was perfect for me, but it would definitely be too small for those with larger appetites. My wheat bread was clearly overcooked and a little dry, which was a major disappointment. The turkey was like a processed turkey loaf which also let me down. I also didn't have enough mustard on my sub.
Hubby didn't have any comments on the meats on his sub, but he said they weren't the best he'd ever had. He raved about his bread and the oil and other toppings. The macaroni salad was my favorite thing, it was tangy and sweet and delicious. I did think the portion size of the side was far too small.
I'll definitely come back to DiBella's, but I'll try the white bread as well as different meat next time (or maybe just veggie and no meat at all). I found the quality of the deli meat lacking, which was a big disappointment. However, there's enough to like about the subs and the prices are more than fair, so they deserve another shot.
Make sure you sign up for their rewards program. I downloaded the free app and got a free small sub for very little effort.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad based on the picture posted on the website. Online the chicken looks like grilled chicken pieces, my salad had only 4 slices of cold cut (like bologna) chicken slices that were only about1/2 " wide, 2" in length and 1/16" thick, not what is pictured there. After I opened the salad we realized we were not given any dressing. We had to go back up and ask for the dressing, and Buffalo wing hot sauce. Then we noticed there was no cheese, so we had to go back up and ask for the peper jack cheese. Then I also noticed no croutons, but by then I was so frustrated I didn't go back to ask for them. There looks to be spinach, or other greens, however my salad was only romaine lettuce.
I can't believe I was charged $13 for the salad I received especially when I could have gotten a sub loaded with meat cheese, lettuce, tomato, all the other fixings, and your delicious sub roll for a comparable price. Worst of all, after contacting them, I received an email back asking what they could do, and then they ghosted me.
