I don’t even know where to begin with how bad this experience was. I ordered what should have been a simple meal, but what I got felt like a science experiment gone wrong.
First off, the salt—if you can even call it that. It tasted like someone dumped four kilograms of rock salt into the food, let it harden, then somehow melted it back in. Every bite crunched and burned at the same time. It wasn’t just salty—it was inedible. I had to spit out multiple bites because it literally felt like chewing on salted gravel.
Then there’s the overcooking. The meat was beyond dry—completely lifeless, like it had been sitting on the grill since last week. The rice was stiff and crusty, and everything tasted like it had been reheated ten times too many. No freshness whatsoever.
Honestly, this wasn’t just disappointing—it was borderline offensive. I’ve never had food so aggressively ruined. I couldn’t finish more than two bites, and I left feeling like I needed a gallon of water just to recover.
Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

I’m honestly so frustrated every time I come to this Chipotle. The staff is consistently unfriendly and completely inattentive. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. On top of that, the restaurant is always a mess. Tables are dirty, the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned, and the whole place just feels gross
The food station is no better, it’s always covered in leftover crumbs and bits of food, and no one even tries to keep it clean throughout the day. It’s really unappetizing to watch your food being prepared in such a messy, poorly maintained area.
What really pushes it over the edge is that they are constantly out of basic ingredients. It’s not just once in a while—it’s every single visit. And what’s worse, there never seems to be any urgency to restock or fix the issue. At that point, why even stay open if you can’t serve what’s on your menu?
Unfortunately, there is not another one in the area yet. So this is our only option.

The dining room was absolutely disgusting. The trash was spilling out, the drink area was a mess. The counter itself was absolutely disgusting with bits of food all over the place. We watched somebody make fresh rice and didn’t switch out the pans he just dumped it on top of the old rice in the old pan, which as somebody who spent 12 years in the food industry that is a big no, you need to switch out the pan and put the old rice on top or discard it.
There were many different employees walking around wearing earbuds. Imagine if that would’ve fallen in food, that’s disgusting.
Will not be going back to this location

I actually was there that day 03/19/26The situation described is simply not true, the staff at chiplote remained professional throughout the interaction and did not engage in any yelling inappropriate language or discriminatory behavior they treated the customers with respect everyone was being helped it honestly feels exaggerated no one was being discriminated against and the employees were doing there jobs like normal saying things like this can mess up peoples jobs when it’s not true not saying every place is perfect but this review doesn’t match the actual event that occurred.

Play stupid games win stupid prizes, the situation is exactly as described, you know it, and I know it. The link does not work that they provided below and as I cannot submit another review, I am editing this. I would appreciate being able to report this further.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Chipotle, and it honestly changed how I view the entire brand.
From the moment we walked in, the employee taking orders was visibly rude and impatient—not just with us, but with everyone in line. What made it worse was how she treated a customer who had an accent. Instead of showing basic patience or respect, she acted openly frustrated and dismissive, which was uncomfortable to watch. No one deserves to be treated that way.
When I calmly spoke up and pointed out that her behavior was rude, the situation escalated in a way that was completely unprofessional. Both employees began yelling back, using inappropriate language, and creating a hostile environment. At that point, it no longer felt like a place serving food—it felt chaotic and disrespectful.
On top of that, the overall condition of the restaurant did not leave a good impression. Cleanliness and quality seemed to be lacking, which only added to the negative experience.
Customer service should be rooted in basic respect—for all people, regardless of background. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here.
I won’t be returning to this location, and experiences like this make it difficult to trust the brand as a whole.
