  Don't come here. They definitely underserve when it comes to their portions (at least for mobile-orders). You're better off taking your money to another location

  Don’t go to this location. Service is ehh, good but weird. The line does moves fast but they skimp soooo bad on portions here it’s not even funny and when you ask for more they act like they can’t give you more. So weird, it’s literally half of one scoop of the protein and they act like it’s coming out their paycheck when you want a little more!! The steak is also very tough and chewy like rubber but the chicken is good at this location. I love chipotle but I’d rather go across town to any other spot than this.

  Come here a lot never been disappointed. Sometimes they skimp on the food they give you but it depends on the person working there. Very high traffic Chipotle it is always busy here.

  I visited this restaurant shortly after it opened and was disappointed by the level of organization and service. There were approximately ten customers waiting in line, yet only one employee was responsible for both preparing the food and handling checkout. Meanwhile, other staff members were seated in the dining area eating, which created an impression of poor coordination and lack of leadership. For a newly opened establishment, effective staffing and visible management presence are essential. I hope the team is able to address these operational issues, as they significantly impact the customer experience. ---

  Gross. Absolutely disgusting on the cleanliness scale. Like its gets a negative 0 for cleanliness.. yikes. Its almost like a hurricane of small children came through and trashed the place before our arrival. I would understand a bit more if it were busy and we came during a lunch rush, but it was 4pm and hardly busy. I think between us ordering ans us leaving, 5 guests were served. Was the mobile order station busy? Yeah, so people came in and out to grab their orders but as far as walk in service, it was hardly busy. The woman making our food didnt ask any prompts or anything such as "white or brown rice? What protein?" Ect like a normal Chipotle experience. She was dead silent which was weirdly uncomfortable and awkward.. okay thennn.. good thing i know whats up! Lol I ordered a bowl and we opted to dine in, even though the dining room was extremely messy. My husband managed to wipe off a table for us and we dined with a half drank mystery cup from a previous customer.. lol Anyway. Considering we ate in, i was half expecting a warm meal. I think the only thing warm there was a rice and that is even a stretch.. i unfortunately ordered chicken too which again barely passed as "warm".. i dont see this going well in a few hours but whatever. During our lunch, i even got to see them doing their temperature logs. I almost wanted to ask the guy what the temps were because i had some serious doubts about the chicken 😅 ill definitely regret it later but for that price tag, i guess mild food poisoning is worth it? Idk haha. Anyway. Anyone who wants to call us haters need to know we absolutely love Chipotle. We love it so much that we had Chipotle catered for our wedding! Die hard Chipotle fans. But this location? Nah.. lol
