  The assistant manager Chelle was extremely helpful and patient as she went out of her way to help me understand the menu and rewards from the app. All staff were friendly and seemed to work well together. Chelle deserves a bonus or raise as I observed her dealing with multiple opportunities to assist customers and she did so professionally, and efficiently.

  Fries were good, turnovers were good, fish that they promote was less than good - barely acceptable. Was beyond crispy, maybe too long out of cooking or overcooked. I'll stick with their beef.

  Went to the arbys on niagra falls vlvd in amherst sat in drive threw for 17 minutes to fi ally get a order wich my fries were cold no cheese that I paid 1.50 for and no sauce for the jalapeno poppers.kids working inside laughing having fun just messing up orders
