Wedndesday morning i waiting 45 min for 1 coffee... beacuse the manager put her good drive thru lady on break in middle of rush!!!!!Five cars pull out... .. and here I am again waiting 30 minutes. While tons of cars still pulling out again. I refuse to come here anymore unless the normal lady who does drive thru is there. If not I will drive to another dunkin to avoid a wait of over 30 minutes. Get more staff! And don't put your best drive thru lady on break in middle of morning rush.. People have to get to work!

At 12:01 pm on 09/18 whatever man that answered the phone after me putting my order in through door dash, was very very rude. I absolutely hate the app and that I can't add vanilla bean syrup to my freaking drink or cold foam this guy was not sympathetic, will.never order from this location again.
