- HFHolly FontanaApr 5, 20261.0I have sincerely been holding my tongue thinking maybe I have just come on a few off days, but the pattern here proves its more of a management issue. I would come a lot in the mornings on my way to school and often had to wait 30+ minutes in a line with my car in the road. When manager would be on the headset she always has an attitude, absolutely no sense of customer service. None of that even compares to management not handling customers yelling across the counter (previously in a hostile manner) or customers bringing open cans of alcohol into the store(as I just witnessed tonight).This is a fast food establishment, not a bar. I should be able to bring my baby in here without having to worry. Manager needs to seriously get a hold on how this establishment is ran rather than trying to pick conflict with employees!
- BCBlyfe CullenMar 11, 20261.0Every Wednesday my roommate and I are sitting in the drive thru line in the morning for almost 30 minutes every time and then we see in the store through the drive thru window and there’s hardly any staff! Every Wednesday this is ridiculous. I used to work at Dunkin, yes we didn’t have a drive thru but we still had enough people in the mornings. This is constantly happening. Then there is an older woman who works there that always has an attitude in the mornings, like ma’am, you choose to work here at least have a good attitude when greeting customers.
