  I had already submitted feedback through their website, but I’m leaving this here to warn others. I went to this location last night with higher expectations since it’s brand new, but it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. When I walked in, the employees were in the back sitting on their phones, and I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. When someone finally came up, she didn’t even speak to me—just continued talking to another customer who was clearly upset about the soda machine tasting flat and off. She gave that customer two bottled drinks to fix it. When I got my order, I went to get a fountain Diet Coke and almost gagged. It tasted like cough syrup mixed with flat sugar water, and the color was a weird milky coffee color—completely wrong. I went back to the counter and politely asked for a bottled drink, since the exact same issue had just happened to the customer before me. I was told no. I was told the machine was “fixed” (it wasn’t), and that I would have to pay for a bottle—even though the other customer was given two for free for the same problem. I stood there trying the machine again for about 10 minutes, and it never improved. When I asked again, they brought out a manager who was even more rude. She had a nasty attitude from the start, rolled her eyes, and told me I could either pay for a drink or not have one at all—even though a drink comes with the meal. When I tried explaining the issue and even suggested she taste it herself, she said she “doesn’t drink it so she wouldn’t know,” which made no sense. I asked for a refund and was refused. No solution, no apology, no effort to fix anything. The lack of customer service here is honestly shocking—especially for a brand new location. The employees were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly need better training on basic customer service and fairness. I won’t be returning.

  I had a really great experience at Wingstop. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor which is exactly what you want when you’re craving wings. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, and everything tasted like it was made to order. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order came out quicker than expected, which I really appreciated. The place was very clean and had a nice, relaxed vibe. This location definitely exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for good wings and quick, quality service.

  Nope. Just no. 30 minute wait. Overcharged. Got a refund eventually. Incredibly loud. Every single customer was shouting into a cell phone. Fries were sweet. Sugar on fries?? Honestly, you would be better off dumpster diving at an actual restaurant.

  I had an amazing experience at Wingstop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. My order came out quickly, and everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and customer service. If you’re craving flavorful wings and a satisfying meal, Wingstop is definitely a spot worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back! HUGE S/O TO HIDY!!! Keeps this place on rotation. You are the best. :)

  The food here was great… the experience and the service was top tier… Staff was super friendly and helpful with letting me know what time my order was going to be down… I recommend hot honey tenders and the brownie 😊😊
