The staff is very rude, they never have coffee roll ever anytime I order it. As well a few weeks ago when I walked in I ordered a drink for pick up by the time I got there the lady was just sitting on there on her phone. She was the only employee working, she was just sitting on her phone not doing her job. She didnt even prepare my drink or have it ready yet that’s completely unacceptable not to mention very lazy and rude. Also they ran out of peppermint mocha like how do you run out of peppermint mocha that’s ridiculous it’s the holiday season they should have that so I’m never going back to this dunkin because they suck.
