- TSTori Scott6 days ago1.0I walked up to the register and spoke to the cashier, whose name is Isaiah. He didn’t respond, started scanning my items and I put my bag on the counter, thinking he would help bag my groceries. Boy was I wrong !! He then asked do I need bags and I said “no I have one” and not once did he ask me if I need help bagging or go to grab the bag to help me. He then told me my total & I proceeded to pay and bag my own groceries while he spoke to the boy in back of him as if he didn’t have a customer in front of him. Once I was done, he got my receipt and handed it to me and I then said “thank you” and not once did he say “you’re welcome” or “have a goodnight” and he continued to talk to the boy in back of him and then left his register before I could even walk away. Very unprofessional!!
