  This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of ineptitude, which is why I’m writing this review. A few weeks ago, 16 Handles sent out a newsletter advertising their new kefir soft serve flavor. The White Plains store has had a sign outside for WEEKS advertising their new kefir soft serve flavor. I went in last night for the express purpose of trying the kefir soft serve. The two workers (who were on their phones) had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about the kefir soft serve. They both looked at me blankly even after I said “kefir soft serve” about half a dozen times. I even pointed out the store sign out front advertising the kefir flavor and the workers said they didn’t know what I was talking about. I then stepped outside with one of them and read the sign out loud to the worker. He then said, “I’ve never heard of this.” How have you been putting out this sign for weeks and have no clue what your own store is advertising, and then have the audacity to make a customer feel stupid for inquiring about your own workplace’s promo? I am at a loss.

  Such a shame what has happened to this place. We were there on the very first day it opened, and we’re big fans of the store. It has gone downhill over the years, but the last time I was there, their yogurt was not edible. It was icy and watery and tastes like chemicals. We had to throw it out and leave. I won’t even mention the cleanliness of the place which is also not acceptable. Really a shame that there’s no good frozen yogurt place around anymore in White Plains.

  Great fro-yo!! Several machines were mislabeled though! I wanted coffee but got mint, my daughter wanted cookies and cream and got chocolate! Lol it's a good thing we are not picky! 😄

  The best Froyo location ever. Not only is the staff amazing and friendly but the quality and cleanliness of the location is prime. We’ve been coming here for years and continue to do so. We’ve tried other locations which haven’t met the same standards as this one.
