  Don't stop here! It took 20 minutes to get food on a Sunday evening, but there wasn't much of a line when I got there. I was maybe 3rd on the que went out to pump gas and came back in. No workers out front except for one girl popping out with Airpods on to dust and clean while the orders kept coming in. I walked up to the counter at the 15 minute mark to ask for an update and by the time I saw someone 3 minutes later they came out. No customer service skills, didn't ask how they could help. I asked for an update because I really needed to get back on the road and she came back out with my lukewarm food. IDK if it was sitting back there ready or what happened. Upper Management needs to step in at this location. I love Chick-fil-a and respect they are closed on the Sabbath, but if Panera is the only option on Sundays they might need more staff, or maybe just staff that cares. - from 3/8/2025

  Horrible service! We waited for 2 hours to get the order. The people working are suppppper slow. Spending time talking. People started canceling the orders and were told they have reached their maximum to cancel the orders and can’t do it any more. Started writing people’s credit card information on a piece of paper and gave them Information that they will refund it tomorrow. Do not use this location. It’s horrible!

  Classic Panera! Now on the Thruway, and right before the exit ramp if you live in Westmoreland/the surrounding area! Staff is very nice. Food was fresh and delicious. I usually get the Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT, and a Green Goddess Salad (you pick two), with the seasonal fruit cup as a side. The bread/crust was noticeably soft and the bacon in the salad was super crunchy, as it should be. I just happened to stop in on a whim today. Usually I don’t take the Thruway home. Found out today was their first day open! And now I’m the first person to leave a review! I even got a free brownie :-) Wishing everyone luck on this exciting first day!
