  Terribly slow service. There is nothing Rapid about the "Rapid Pick -Up." You could eat at a sit down restaurant faster.

  Terrible experience from start to finish. The workers were incredibly slow and inattentive. After waiting 20 minutes for the most depressing looking sandwiches I’ve ever seen, they decided to completely take down the coffee station so we could not get the coffees we ordered. All the creamers/milks were empty, all the coffee was missing, and the workers were actively taking away anything that had any stock left. There were multiple people waiting for coffee left high and dry and uncaffeinated. Now on to the “depressing sandwiches” in question. The sandwich on ciabatta might as well have been served on a ritz cracker with the size of the bread they decided to serve. The sandwich on a multigrain thin looked like someone sat on it and the avocado was so unripe I could have bounced it off the ground. Horrible experience, save your money and go to Burger King across the hallway.

  Horrible customer service . Asked if they had any butter that wasn't frozen that I could spread on my bagel. She laughed and said no like it was a crazy question. Woman preparing bagel wiping her sweaty forehead with her hand made me wanna throw up . Never again

  I would NOT eat at this establishment! Infestation of fruit flies on the pastries, the lunch meats, and the vegetables that are being prepared to make your sandwiches. Bakers wear no gloves while preparing breads, bagels, and pastries because they bake in a 350 degree oven and it kills all bacteria? Gross! Line workers stock new food product and slap it on top of old expired product. Management does not care, they would rather let line workers sit around on their phones all day doing nothing! Nothing is ever cleaned! Soup station is disgusting, DO NOT eat the soup! Whatever crusted soup is on the pot from the time the place opened is their too stay, no one is hand scrubbing the dishes in the back, If you’re lucky they might rinse the pot down once a month, but dishwasher never even has soap! Line workers wear synthetic hair pieces with no hair nets, gloves, NO PPE to prepare your food! And yes, if you want to take the risk of eating here, I believe there are sick people preparing your food, Health Dept has been notified!

  Horrible service! We waited for 2 hours to get the order. The people working are suppppper slow. Spending time talking. People started canceling the orders and were told they have reached their maximum to cancel the orders and can’t do it any more. Started writing people’s credit card information on a piece of paper and gave them Information that they will refund it tomorrow. Do not use this location. It’s horrible!
