Joseph was so charming and knowledgeable. The entire team was well trained, enthusiastic and so unpretentious. The decor felt a bit like a DIY TV show but the pricing was fair. The dessert box was good in principle but tasted a day old.

The fish was super fresh, the sake and cocktails were a total hit.. plus they're super accommodating to allergies. The whole experience felt both elevated and personal. Huge shoutout to the chef, staff and Kevin who ran the show for making it so special—truly a hidden gem worth seeking out!

My favorite pieces were the fatty tuna and especially the wagyu with caviar on top (in picture). I highly recommend going as the omakase experience at Taylor’s Sushi Suite is superb!
